So, I just got my first ipsy bag after being on the wait list for three months. And I was soo excited! Everything seemed like an awesome product, and I was soo excited to see the realtree perfume for her, but my pump doesn't work. Anyone else have this problem? I already emailed ipsy, I'm just super bummed that it doesn't work, and it seems like it leaks too, when I took the lid off it was all wet inside.

I haven't had this problem, but honestly, I didn't like the perfume at all. You could just open it up and dab it on your wrists.

You can always email ipsy and they can send you a replacement. I had an issue before with a shattered eyeshadow in one of the bags and I was sent another eyeshadow. Hope that helps (:

I would open it and dab it on my wrists. Ipsy will most likely send you a replacement though! I was missing a product once in one of my bags, and they sent me a full size UD eyeshadow that was a promo months before. I am extremely impressed with the customer service.

It's a makeup subscription Tina it's $10 a month. This was my first one, and I tried opening it and I couldn't (but I didn't try too hard in fear of it's opening harshly and just spilling out haha)

And thanks for all the positive thoughts on customer service. I always dread dealing with them as almost every time I have with other companies in the past it's been a nightmare.

I had a bag get lost in the mail and they were really nice about replacing it. It might take a day or two to get a response, but in my experience their customer service is pretty good.
