It's good to refresh the skin but it doesn't do much else besides make you feel clean and smell nice lol.

Take a nice long bath and pour in a few drops of rose water, it really makes you glow.

Apparently some people use it as toner before they moisturise to refresh the skin but I don't know if it works for anything. I've put rose water in a bath before, it made it more relaxing and my skin was really soft when I got out :)

My setting spray has rose water in it I believe, I think it smells good and it's refreshing but don't know about any benefits you could get from it. It's relaxing lol.
