As a night cream it'll be decent but may feel a bit greasy because the petrolatum and dimethicone sit on top of the skin but they do help to "seal in" the moisture. It may be a little too much for oily skin but you could give it a shot and see how you like it.
As for a day cream, skip it. It's too heavy.
