If you are not sure about dyeing your hair, you can just do other changes. For example some side bangs would look cute on you :)

I think your hair color suits you PERFECTLY. I think to just get some new hairstyles incorporated and you'll look great. I think you would look amazing with crimped hair, a half up half down look, a messy fishtail. Maybe you could also a cascading hair cut from the front so that when you do braid your hair, you have those small gorgeous wavy pieces left in the front. You could try bangs, shorter hair, layers, side bangs, hair chalk, curl your hair, headbands, highlights, or you could just try some different bold makeup looks.

Bangs are what you might call a fringe. Perhaps add long layers and a fringe.I like the idea of just trying new hairstyles for you as suggested above.
