What kind of products do you use for contouring? I never done it before, but I want to try it.

A darker foundation or concealer, a matte dark powder/bronzer(some people don't like that but who's going to know when it's on your face?)

Or a taupe eyeshadow.

A cool toned darker product. I personally use a cool toned darker foundation, but any cool toned color will do. You want to mimic shadows. So anything with shimmer or warm toned will not work.
The reason people say don't use Bronzer is because it's almost always warm toned, to mimic a tan, and shadows are not at all warm toned.

What alyx said. And trust me you can tell when someone is wearing bronzer. They look orange around the face, not cute💁

I'm currently using the kevyn aucoin sculpting powder recommended by jaqueline I couldnt be any more happier with this product... In order to contour you want something cool with a grey undertone, a bronzer will not do the job because they are usually warm with shimmer and even if they are matte it still won't get the job done because they are the wrong undertone and this will not give you the illusion of a shadow because that is what you are trying to creat, you can use a cool foundation or concealer 1 or 2 shades darker then your skin tone but it will not give you the same effect that a product with a grey undertone will because you are trying to creat a shadow to give the illusion of great cheek bones the cool concealer and foundations works better for people that already have nice cheek bones but want to enhance it

I use bronzer to contour on my day to day. I don't have time to do the whole contour shebang every morning. I have a pretty warm skin tone, even when I'm pale, so I don't think it's AS noticeable. I dunno, maybe it is. I like the effect I get. It's a time saver. Otherwise, I use pan sticks, mainly Make Up For Ever, for contour. I usually only do this if I'm going out or to an event. I don't have the patience haha XD.
