OMG guys I'm over excited! I just got my tickets for On The Run Tour on special pre-sale. I'm over happy aha I can't control it I keep smiling and jumping everywhere even though I'm at work lmao. Anyway, my post isn't about me being over excited! What should I wear? What kind of make up?

This will be a big day for me. I've been waiting to see Beyoncé since I'm a little girl and I'm a huge fan of Jay Z. I won't be sitting but I'll have the first row in the crowd (cause I'll get the right to enter before everyone else :D)

Any suggestions?!
Thanks love <3

Oh I was thinking to wear a Beyoncé sweater, the black one with FLAWLESS written in the front, is it too much? Aha

Hey Noemie, just a few things:

1. Threads of this nature would belong in the "Style" section, rather than the "Makeup" section. It will be moved this time, however, please try to categorize your threads properly in the future in order to keep the forum running smoothly.

2. Beyoncé is absolutely lovely in concert, I've seen her twice and she's completely fantastic.

3. Whatever you wear, make sure that you're comfortable. I understand that you're excited, but it's only a concert. You're not going to enjoy it at all if you're not wearing something comfy to sit in (or stand, or dance, because it's Beyoncé and you'll want to dance). I think a sweater and jeans sounds lovely =)

here's a refresher on the rules for you, please remember them in the future =)

Sorry Hannah, I wasn't really sure since there's a question for style & makeup but thank you :) & for the advice too. I think I'll go for a sweater and a jean or leggings.

Do you know any good waterproof makeup btw? I won't be under water lol but since it'll be crowded and I don't want my make up to melt during the show...

Oh, I didn't even notice the makeup question! My apologies, the thread now belongs in "Beauty." Beauty is where you can put things that fall into more than one category. That is entirely my mistake, I'm so sorry! In terms of making your makeup sweat-proof...I personally don't wear foundation, so I can't help you there, but I highly recommend you use your favorite eye primer for extra longevity, waterproof mascara and a liquid lipstick so that you don't have to keep reapplying. I really like the Maybelline Lash Stiletto mascara for my waterproof mascara, it's great for lengthening. If you want both length and volume, I have a whole waterproof mascara routine. I also recommend a longwear eyeshadow product like the Urban Decay Shadow Pencils, Maybelline Color Tattoos etc. as they don't budge at all.

@Paulina thank you :) <3
@Hannah ohh no don't worry that's fine :)! & thank you your advice!
@Erin OMG! I need this shirt in my life :D yay thank you!

That shirt that Erin posted would be perfect lol! Something loose and flowy would definitely be best in my opinion because with people everywhere it's going to be sooooo hot. And definitely comfortable shoes!! I made a mistake by wearing heels to a concert and boy the height helped but my feet hated me.
And if you want to wear a foundation, the Loreal True Match has always been really long wearing on me, if you don't already have it, you should look into that!
And if you wear your hair down, I'd keep a hair tie handy in case you wanna throw it up!
Anddd I hope you have a blast! But then again, how could you not when seeing Beyoncé and Jay z! :)

Thank you Jennifer :) and I have never tried L'Oreal True Match. I've read great thing about it included what you just said so I will definitely try it.
I can't waaait :) <3

DONT WEAR SANDALS!
1) Toes will get stomped, trampled, and danced on
2) feet are going to become uncomfortable (:
I'm happy for you! Yaaaay! And I agree upon the comfortable yet really cute look (: And yes waterproof makeup as I guess it will be H O T! ♡

I would wear high waisted shorts, a really cute cropped top like the one up there that says Don't Worry Be Yonce, just do a cute side tie with something like that, it would be really cute!
