I suggest possibly going to your stylist and get a professional perspective that and/or your doctor if it has become very alarming to you.

Did you say you were taking pills? If you are, STOP! They can actually cause permanent damage and make you really sick! (Not trying to scare you)

Sometimes hairfall could be caused by stress.. but I'd say have it checked by a professional so they could tell you what to do about it.

Could be a genetic condition called alopecia.

Totally agree with Katelyn! Do not take pills like that without consulting your doctor first. Also try switching up your shampoo because I have used products before that actually made my hair fall out and once I changed my hair was fine. I would honestly just go to a doctor about this because it could be nothing but it could also be something serious.

Skin hair and nail pills tend to contain a cocktail of b vitamins. If your body is already healthy and doesn't need these vitamins it can throw a lot of things out of proportion and cause damage, severe hair fall and scalp sensitivity is one of the first signs of an imbalance in your system. I would suggest stopping the use of the pills until you can get blood work that shows that its OK for you :)
Getting your blood tested will also help rule out any pancreatic, thyroid, or uterine problems that may be the underlying cause for your hair fall :) Good luck and I hope you feel better

See your doctor! It could just be stress, or a medical condition (hair also falls out in anaemia). Get it checked out- your dr will be able to help. All the best lovely!

Coconut oil might help too, and its all natural, but make sure everything else about your body is healthy too!

Check your iron levels, I cannot stress this enough, I live with two women who have the exact same problem and it is because their iron levels are low which can be easily fixed with iron tablets but if it isn't that it may be stress or other things.

Yes, you can use castor oil. It helped me a lot.
Apply several drops of castor oil to your scalp and massage it in thoroughly. Cover your hair with a shower cap, a silk scarf, or other covering and leave it on overnight. Shampoo and condition as usual the next morning. Alternately, mix a few drops of castor oil with olive oil or almond oil and follow the same directions. Also consider adding several drops of castor oil to your daily rinse-out conditioner.
Hope I helped.

Please see a doctor and stop taking those pills. That kind of dramatic change can be a symptom of several serious medical conditions (anything from anemia to certain types of cancers). I don't mean to scare you, but it is better to be safe and see a doctor just to be sure.

Thank you all!. I do have an appointment set up next month. hope it's nothing serious. but after my pregnancy in December of last year I was diagnosed with depression. but haven't taken the pills. I feel like I can do things such as working out to doing other hobbies. to release stress / anger. I don't know. may sound weird but just don't want to get a addicted to the pill. as for shampoo I use ausie.? and even though I am taking the hair, nail, skin vitamin my hair is still falling out & sensitive. My family just tells me to wait and that it will take time. but I do need to see a dr. just doesn't feel right.
-but I will be trying out those oils. thanks.
Again thank you all for replying.
