You can put some rubbing alcohol into a spray bottle and lightly mist over the eyeshadows and use a q-tip to clean around the edges.

I'd recommend just purchasing a brush cleanser bc the brushes touch your face and eyes and if you're looking for a cheap one I'd get the elf one for $3.

Take a makeup-remover and use it around the shadows. Also, if you don't want to get an actual brush cleaner, you can always use baby shampoo.

I use baby wipes and qtips to clean around the edges of the palette!
