Aloe is your best friend. I'd suggest an aloe vera gel or the plant itself. I know there's also burn creams and stuff but I know that aloe vera is best. I personally don't get sunburn but I have plenty of friends that do get it.

Milk can also help calm the pain.Just have a cloth wet with cold milk and dab gently until the milk is warm or dried out and do that 3 times it should help if not then you should do it more until your skin feels better.

Go buy some Earl Gray tea and soak a cloth in it then let it soak over anywhere you're sunburnt. It turns it into a tan and calms the burn. I do it all the time :)

Massage your face, it stimulates cell regeneration so that new skin cells will turn over, resulting in your sunburn fading more quickly. Use a light moisturiser containing aloe Vera and just massage as much as you can for a good ten minutes or longer if you can, as often as you can before it fades away.
