Well you don't want to do too much on your eyes til you're a little older! Reason because when you take off you eyes look tired aha so just a little bit to define your features! Just experiment :)

Just a little BB Cream, or foundation with a bit of a nice peachy blush :) Not sparkly blush though...It will make you look sweaty all day! And then a little but of eyeliner and mascara. Annnnd the most important thing is a light powder and a setting spray to make your makeup last all day :)

Personally I would probably just do some mascara because sure you want to look and feel older but if you wear a bunch of makeup now it won't look as special when you get all dressed up :) just some advice

I just graduated 8th grade & typically this was my routine:
-Primer (if you are oily): If you do need this, I would suggest using the Neutrogena Shine Control Primer. If you want to go high end, the BareMinerals Prime Time primers are also good.
-Foundation: Any Neutrogena foundation will work, since they have a wide variety of AMAZING foundations for all skin types.
-Concealer (under eyes, not on face): All Maybelline concealers are awesome. My favorite is the Fit Me.
-Translucent Powder: A lot of brands have matte powders for all skin types, but my favorite that lasts me the whole school day is Rimmel Stay Matte. Even if you don't have oily skin this is a great powder.
-Blush: NYX has a wide color variety of blushes that are great for teens.
-Eye Primer: Even if you aren't wearing eye shadow I would just put some on so your concealer doesn't crease. I suggest the ELF Eyelid Primer since it is better than any high-end primer I have used and it is only $1!
-Eye Shadow (if you WANT to): I suggest just one neutral shadow in the crease to add dimension, but if you want to go smokey use a palette like the Urban Decay Naked Basics so everything is matte and natural looking. For special occasions though, the Covergirl Eye Shadow Trio in Shimmering Sands is amazing on ALL eyes & is very fresh and youthful.
(I didn't wear eyeliner, but if you want to the Prestige Waterproof Liner in EW 01 Black is an awesome pencil liner & the L'Oreal Lineur Intense Liquid Liner is a really well pigmented and lasting liquid liner.)
-Mascara: Maybelline carries the best mascaras, I suggest you try them out.
-Eyebrows (completely optional): I filled in my eyebrows because that was one of my favorite things to do and I liked the look it gave. My favorite brow product is anything from Anastasia. However this is a high-end brand & is kinda pricey.
-Lip Balm: I usually wore a Maybelline Baby Lips or a quick coat of EOS Lip Balm.
Keep in mind that this is my makeup routine. Some girls in my grade haven't even started wearing makeup yet. Now I have graduated to using Bronzer to contour, liquid liner, and more eyeshadow. Take it at a steady pace since you are still young and makeup is a gradual thing.
Good luck in 8th grade!
