Which is the best matte black eyeshadow available? or which one's best to do a smokey eye?
Has anyone tried bourjoise? is it any good?

I absolutely love Stila's Java eyeshadow and Sugarpill's Bulletproof. True black matte eyeshadows without glitter. Bourjois shadows from what I know (if you get them in the little compacts) have a sheen to them or some glitter. For a less intense smokey eye that's a bit warmer I would recommend Urban decay buck gently applied with a fluffy blush near the lash line and with a pencil brush apply Too faced Sexpresso right on the lashline.
