I use mac nc50 studio tech foundation. It gives me a greyish chalky look. Help ladies :( should I change the type of foundation?

Spray it with something so the color fits your skin more

Mac foundations use a ton of fillers and very little pigment. I think that whole company is garbage for the most part honestly. I would invest in a new foundation completely. What kind of skin do you have and what level of coverage are you looking for?

Veronica, I use the fix+ spray and it's still no difference. You think if I change to the fluid fix foundation it will be better?

Brandy, I like light to medium coverage. I have clear skin, no blemishes. A tad under eye darkness.

Ok, I would totally recommend the urban decay naked skin foundation. It is light feeling with natural coverage, but buildable if you need it to be. Start with a good primer, and end with a setting powder/spray. I would try finding illuminating primers/setting powders since you are having issues with dullness. Good luck!

@Melanie...good luck finding a color match with the Naked foundation. Their range is limited for women of color. I find it is too ashy or red..never perfect. Keep me updated!

Tonita :( Welp, don't think I want to waste any money. What foundation do you use?

I use Mac matchmaster (it's ok...I also agree with Brandy that mac is overrated)...but I also alternate bw Nars sheer glow and Iman foundation stick. Iman outperforms all of my high end products and it costs about 1/5 of the price!

But definitely try a sample of the naked to test it out! I did like the coverage-very light and natural looking...but the color had me looking like a Cullen.
