I'm in the process of buying new makeup for school and I'm finding that I can't find any good eyeshadows that go with my eyes. I like the neutrals, like white, tan, and light brown. I also find that they are really shimmery which I don't like. Can you guys suggest some good ones please? And at a reasonable price, I can't really afford 30 dollar pallets wish I could haha. I'm on a teenager budget. Thanks so much 😊👍 oh and I also don't have a ulta where I live.

Def go to Target to get your makeup goodies. Get a primer, a neutral eye palet, highliter pen, a nice tinted moisturizer for your skin type, powder, mascara, felt tip pen eye liner because its easy, blush, lip stain, lip gloss, concealer, and something to contour with.

Since you have hazel eyes then anything can really work, but a black glittery eye liner is what I think brings out the color best.
