I personally don't think hair colour should determine how you do your makeup :p wear whatever you like to wear!
I've never seen a makeup & thought "wow, those colors really don't match her hair" lolol c:

I know how you feel girl, I've always had trouble pairing clothes and makeup to red hair when I had it, I think golds and browns, smokey eyes, dark purples and silvers, etc.are the best for dyed red hair but like the other girls said, go by your eye colour. Stick to things you'd usually wear, like kyra said, I don't look at someone's makeup and think "oh, that doesn't match her hair"

I think that shade would look really amazing with almost any color. I would just say avoid bright reds. Its pretty much all about what colors match your eyes well and what you like!(:
