I actually called the company directly and I was directed to someone's voicemail and have yet to hear anything from them and I also sent an email as well. I do know they don't get press from the magazine beauty editors here in the States. From what I saw online...looks like a bunch of fancy packaging with not much going on in product quality.

The fact that its a franchise put my red flag up. If it was a direct sales situation like Motives Cosmetics,Mary Kay or Avon...then it wouldn't be a big deal. There are so many other lines out there that are more transparent and forth right with info than this company. Glad to be of help. Your post tweaked my curiousity.
