So I bought a few of the new neon pop nail polishes....well in my opinion they don't really "pop" or look neon on my nails.... has anyone else tried these? if so, what are your thoughts? I really wanted to like them :(

Apply a white base first then the neon shade. It should help make the shade pop on the nail.
