It's more appropriate for clubbing then a wedding. If you were to put a jacket or something over it maybe, but if not then personally no. Most of my brides (I'm a wedding stylist) would have a fit if someone showed up in that.

It's too tight and short for a wedding, you would only make the bride a little upset. but something similar with a jacket and longer would be great :)

I don't know if it's where I'm from or I don't really know but people dress like this for weddings. I'd say it's ok for a wedding it's cute!

If it's a more formal wedding, I'd still suggest something a bit more appropriate with straps, not so tight etc.
