Try NailTek base coat II under your polish! I change mine weekly, and it really keeps mind from peeling and breaking!🔨

My nails grow fast and break easily so I file them once a week and use a clear coat once a week and these are my longest and healthiest nails because of it.

I massage them once a day using organic coconut oil. I stopped filing them and GENTLY push back my cuticles about once a day. to push them back, I use the handle of my nail clippers. they have NEVER been this long or healthy even when I used to take vitamins :)
