Does it itch? Because it looks like poison ivy to me. I may be completely wrong though.

I'd put some aloe Vera in it like Jacqlyn said and watch it. If it doesn't start healing in a day or two or gets worse I'd make an appointment with your derm just to make sure it's ok and find out what exactly it is!
