Thank you. I never protected my hair last year and it dried it out but now I rarely even use any heat! But it's still very dry.

I suggest argan oil and moraccon oil both have helped my thick dead hair come back to life :D

I suggest first getting your ends cut off so you have a fresh start to work with
for shampoo and conditioner I use the Marc Anthony oil of morroco argan oil shampoo/conditioner they make your hair smell and feel sooooooo nice and soft I had frizzy hair so I got like 1-2 inches cut off and started using this stuff and its actually really soft :) and I also use the oil of morroco argan oil too and that is the thing that really helped my hair
Also don't use too much heat ( but if you have too make sure your hot tool is at a medium setting not high and you use a heat protectant)
Also don't be in the sun too long just like your skin your hair gets damaged In the sun too and it can get really dried out which is never good
you can actually get hair sunscreen or some hair products have an SPF built in
Make sure that when your hair is wet you use a wet brush or a wide tooth comb to detangle as your hair is at its weakest state when it is wet and breakage can also lead to frizz
