What are some ingredients that you lovely ladies stay away from?
mines is sulfates, silicone, sometimes alocohol and paraben.
A lot of shampoos state that they have no sulfate but when you read the ingredients it clearly shows sulfate which results to false advertisement.

For shampoo and conditioner I alternate between smooth sexy hair and pureology. As for leave in conditioner I either use pureology 21 or healthy sexy hair.

There aren't really anything in particular that I look for - I mainly just buy Paul Mitchell products though and they have been working wonders on my hair.

Silicone is not loved by my curls at all. Constant exposure to sulfates do dry out my hair big time.

Always Sulfate and when I can alcohol (at least low on the list). Both are not good for hair color retention.

Jane: It's hard to avoid alochol in any products. It's like it's in everything.
