How can I get my hair this color without bleaching it?

You shouldn't have to bleach your hair to achieve that color. as for what specific dye that is, I would go to a stylist who could replicate that color.

You deff don't need bleach for this color. Bring the pic into a hair dresser, they'll know the exact color.
