I have to agree with Renay but I also understand that urge when starting something new! It may sound boring but maybe a few face framing highlights-not too light. It looks like you have thick hair so check with your stylists about the poof factor in the summer with layers. She may suggest you grow your hair a bit longer first so the layers can be weighed down a bit. I really do like your hair the way it is though so sometimes just changing your part or wearing it/styling it differently is enough.
