Buy clothes that suit your style. Nothing bugs me more than when girls don't dress their style because they don't want to be themselves. As for makeup, maybe a nice eye liner, and a nude lip that looks good on your skin tone. Also get a foundation that will last all day and will look good on you :)

For clothing you should check out www.shopexquisiteonline.com they have a lot of dresses that would be great this time of year. However, stores such as forever 21 and are great also. For now you can do capris with a cute short sleeve shirt or long sleeve with matching sneakers. I love a cute high waisted skirt with wedges or flats and a cute short sleeve shirt tucked in! There are so many options and combinations you could choose. For makeup because it is school keep it simple yet cute light foundation, eyeshadow is okay but try neutral colors, nude lips or even a hint of color, and last mascara with eyeliner. For your hair you could do high pony tails, braids, buns, I usually decide how I'm going to do my hair depending on how I feel that day or my outfit.

I would recommend forever 21 for clothes, as they have a ton of different styles and are relatively cheap. Keep in mind though, t-shirts for 3 dollars won't usually last a long time. There are some great pieces there, though.
