Eye makeup! What are your opinions? Bottom heavy eyeliner, and blue and black eyeshadow!

Hey ladies!
I haven't been able to sleep , so I decided to play with makeup!
What do you think of these two eye looks I did? The eyeliner on the blue and black look is effed up to oblivion, but other than that what are your opinions?

Thank you ladies so much! @Ariana G, I switch off a lot but I usually use WnW Megaliner, a lot of the time! Practice makes perfects! It took me a while to get down eyeliner! ESPECIALLY. The inner corner!
