Hi beauties! What products do you reccomend for growing out long healthy thicker hair? A lot of people are always saying biotin, and coconut oil, but is there anything else out there that promotes healthy hair growth? Thank you all :)

Nothing will speed up hair growth. Coconut oil will keep your hair conditioned and biotin, I wouldn't recommended with out a doctors consent. there are a lot of side effects that can occur from it. keep a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, get regular trims, heat protectors, and deep conditioners.

Hair growth is based on genetics, the health of you & your hair. so the only way to promote growth is to keep yourself & your hair in good health.
Do not just go taking pills (including biotin). You can end up with side effects serious enough to put you in the hospital. always ask your doctor first.
Some tips to promote growth:
get trims regularly (split ends will go higher up the longer you wait & then you'll have to cut off more hair)
drink a lot of water
use as little heat as possible
always use a heat protectant, I recommend It's a 10
don't brush your hair while it's wet
do hot oil treatments (I use coconut oil)
use a deep conditioner (I use Aussie 3 minute miracle)
use hair masks (store bought or diy)
try a leave in conditioner
keep in mind that there are no miracle products or methods. good luck in growing your hair! :)
