I wasn't really sure what category so I just said hair, but yeh.
I was thinking maybe biotin or blackmores/swiss. I'm aware they don't work for up until 3 months (12 weeks).

I've heard great reviews about hair Finity. I'm using a GNC ultra hair something or rather, and I've seen good results.
PS: If you are taking a hair skin and nails supplement do not add more biotin with an additional pill Too much biotin can cause breakouts.

Yes I'm thinking biotin tavlets, I'm buying them from chemist warehouse though much cheaper! also I've heard havibg a tea spoon of olive oil a day helps hair growth? true or? cause I don't eat any added oil at all with my food so maybe I should put a little.

I used to take biotin pills from my local health food store and I got a lot of pimples & extra body/facial hair😨.
I would actually recommend taking whole food vitamins, those are so much better and usually have biotin in them anyway

I think taking prenatal vitamins are the way to go...even if you're not trying to have a baby.
