Hello doll, very pretty look however it is not a smokey eye. Now everything I am about to tell you, I have learned from Alma and Jackie, two marvelous muas!!
A smokey eye consists of 3 shadows most usually. Normally black, dark brown, and a tan/apricot/taupe color. Now in order to make a successful smokey eye, your eyeliner and blending has to be on point. You can create a smokey eye by first applying a smudgable liner to your lid, and then blending and smudging it out until you see no harsh lines. The apply your shadows. Black on the lid, brown above the black, and so forth. Blending is soo important it can make or break your look. It needs to be perfect, in the fact that you can't tell where one color stops and the next starts. This can be more easily achieved in the quality of the brush and the way you hold it. If you hold your brush at a downward angle where your hand is above your eye holding the brush. You also need to remember to smoke out the bottom lashline to complete the smokey effect...
Anyway hope this helped, and if you need more info go to Jackie and Alma, etc...:)))))
