Everytime I put on mascara it always ends up on my lid like right Below my eye brows and it's usually like a thin line that appears and I don't know what to do I don't know if it's like narrow eye lids or?! Any tips?

I use liquid eyeliner as well but I don't think that's the problem.

Use a flash card when putting mascara on put it over your lid.. I don't know if that made sense

It's either your liquid eyeliner leaving a line because it comes out too wet and hasn't dried yet, or it could be your eyelashes being too long and hitting your lid with the wet mascara! You can fix it by either letting your eyeliner dry a little before opening your eye wide, or putting mascara on a little more careful and making sure the lashes don't touch your lid.

When you put on the mascara make sure it is all the way dry before blinking. Like keep your eyes slightly closed after applying it to wait for it to dry.
If that does not change it you might want to try a different brand that won't do that.

Do you have oily eyelids?
because it could be causeing your eyeliner to smudge against your eyelid.
you can fix this problem by buying a nice eyelid primer, it'll keep your eyelids from getting oily and makes your eyeshadow/ eyeliner stay on longer.
a good one is the elf eyelid primer, you can get it for $1 at target (-:
