I would say get your hair thinned also but your hair doesn't look too think. But just short layers. put your extentions in and back comb your hair and fringe plenty of hair spray as well. post a pic when you've done it??

Your going to wanna ask your stylish to do a side swept fringe and they can cut it in that style. That's the way that the bangs in that pic are as well as many other scene pics you may see. However you're going to have to train your fringe to go that way! I'd suggest looking up the youtuber Ninkcompoop! Her real name is Ellie and she just recently did a video on how she got her fringe and it's very helpful in getting that scene look you want to go for! Also ask for layers! Lots of hair spray and teasing are also going to be your best friends! You can look on my profile for the pic from when I was in my scene phase lol.
