As a makeup addict I'm always looking to buy new products so I thought I'd give you all a run down of the ones I really love and would recommend. Please, please go through your collection and post yours (also please be a little detailed, don't just say 'I like this' hehe) I'm really interested in what you guys love and use :)
Mine are:
Urban Decay Naked Basics. I love this palette. I would have never have bought it for myself but I'm definitely buying it again. There are 6 colours in the palette- all matte and neutral except for Venus the highlight shadow thats shimmery, but its not an obnoxious shimmery, its subtle and perfect for the inner corner- in my opinion :) The colours are so wearable you'll probably wear it everyday even if its just the cool taupe colour, Naked 2, as a transition shade or to define the crease. The shadows are blendable and pigmented and the mirror is so handy for travelling, actually the whole product is handy for travelling.
Wet and Wild Poster Child Palette. Cheap and cheerful. There are 8 eyeshadows in the palette. Its a pigmented palette and its perfect for someone who wants brighter colours in their collection for accent bursts of colour in their looks. They are great shadows to work with, they blend beautifully together and the whole palette is varied enough that I personally think you wouldn't really need much else if you aren't an everyday colourful eyeshadow person.
Maybelline Coloursensational Lipstick in Sultry Sand. I love this lipstick and don't feel like you need to be a 'foundation lips' person to buy this. Its perfect for using and lightening other lipsticks, which is what I use it for 90% of the time. Again its a cheap and cheerful product. Its pigmented and creamy. The only con would be that I wouldn't say it lasts a particularly long time, but thats to be expected with drugstore lipsticks.
Models Own Eyelash Curler. There's not really too much I can say about it, it curls them brilliantly in one or two squishes and it fits nicely on the eye.
Bdellium Tools Flat Kabuki Brush. Amazing brush, I'd actually be lost without it. It's easy to work with, easy to clean, beautiful at blending liquid foundation into the skin and can give a varied coverage depending on how you use it. It doesn't shed, its the perfect density and size. and its crazzzzyyy soft haha. Oh I love this brush.
No.7 Eyeshadow blend and contour brush. Another cheap and cheerful product, I have three of these. They're soft, they're good at blending, they don't shed, there's not too much or too little give to them. I like them for the transition shade and anything to do with the crease. They're the perfect size for it and they make applying quick- I'm not trying to blend out a colour for 10 minutes haha.
Bourjois Blushes. They're my favourite blushes. I love the packaging, they aren't too expensive, they are quite pigmented so you really have to take the tiniest amount and they look very natural in my opinion. You also get a LOT in the pot. I've have one for a good few years (I don't care if thats disgusting lol) and I haven't made a dent in it.
Nivea Express Hydration Primer. It does what it says on the tin lol. It's nicely hydrating, it makes my skin look and feel more plump/ less dry, it creates a good barrier between my foundation and skin (my foundation doesn't oxidise when I wear this) and it makes foundation go on a bit smoother. I don't know if this extends the wear of my foundation because my foundation never really wears off anyway tbh.

I second you on the naked basics palette. Whenever I pack my makeup bag for travel, it's the first thing I grab. I use it every day. For me, I can fill in my eyebrows with Faint, smoke out some liner with creep, put some depth in my crease with Naked 2. W.O.S is an amazing lid color. Foxy is my favorite and I mean favorite brow bone highlight and as you said, Venus is a great inner corner highlight.
I'm in love with maybelinne's the rocket volume mascara. My lashes are kinda sucky, but this wand and formula really helps me to get huge lashes. I love to use this mascara along with the great lash lots of lashes mascara from maybelline.
I also love the master highlight blushes and the color tattoos from maybelline as well. I have the blush in the coral shade and I have the color tattoo in barely branded #70.
For lips, I use the revlon just bitten kissable balm stain in 001 honey everyday. I love it. It's a "my lips but better" color for me and the color really stays on my lips.
I love all these products. I will do swatches and pictures if anyone is interested. ☺️

We actually use the palette the exact same way except I don't use faint for my eyebrows haha! It's such a brilliant palette though, there's no doubt in my mind that I'll be repurchasing when this eventually runs out :)
I'd be really interested in seeing swatches of the Revlon 001 honey and the maybelline colour tattoos if you didn't mind :)
What do you think of the Maybelline Great Lash mascara? I always look at it and want to buy it but I haven't heard really anything about it.

I will swatch those for you in a bit, I'm cleaning at the moment. I'll put them on your profile.
I love it, it's very lengthening and volumizing. Definitely curl your lashes first.
You're very welcome!

Wnw palettes are the best! I have a few but not the one you mentioned. I went out last night and used my comfort zone palette and it stayed on perfectly for hours.
I need to try Bdellium brushes, they sound amazing. Are they only available online?

Yeah they are but shipping prices are amazing (if you live in the Eu) and delivery was so quick. I would totally invest in them, I got the set of 24 and it was expensive enough (I think it was 130 or something) but if you work it out it only comes to 5 euro a brush.

I love this post! :) I like how detailed you were with your reviews Caitriona. I'm going to look into the palette, you made it sound like something I'd like!
Personally, I love the loreal true match foundation. I can take a little for light coverage or more for fuller coverage, and it really blends into my skin perfectly. I have a hard time finding a good color for my skin, and this had many options so it was nice.
I also love maybelline baby lips. I use this every day if I want a natural look or I'm not feeling like wearing much makeup, and I also use it under some lipsticks to get some moisture on my lips first. It's moisturizing without being too glossy, I love it
Last would be nyx colored mascara. I have it in purple and I love the color, it's more dark but also bright at the same time? I can put a lot of coats on for a more dramatic look or just one or two coats so you can just see a tint of purple in the sunlight.

I agree with True Match, it was a lovely foundation for getting multiple looks and it never felt heavy, only problems I had with it was the colour and it oxidised on me a few times.
That sounds so interesting! Does it flake off at all and is there a good staying power with it? :)
Kaitlin I totally forgot to reply, yeah that would be great if you didn't mind, maybe even put them on here so that more girls can see?

Those look really pretty, I've gone into Boots to buy a revlon bitten 3 times and everytime I couldn't find a nice colour. I'll try and find that one though :)
