Drugstore- L'Oreal Magic Lumi (I personally hate it for my dry skin) but I do like their Magic Lumi Primer and primer is a must for dry skin along with moisturizer!
High end- Clinique Even Better, Makeup Forever HD, Laura Mercier Silk Cream, Nars Sheer Glow (great but broke me out so get samples before you buy any foundations because you don't know which will be the best for you. As for good cleansers and moisturizers for dry skin I love CeraVe!
