I'm starting school in like a month. And I need help on what to buy. They have a strict dress code. The shorts, dresses, and skirts etc. have to be atleast 4" above the knee. No leggings unless the top covers your butt. But I think jeggings are ok. No crop tops or thin straps. Help? I'm not really a "jean" person but I don't mind.

You could wear a lot of maxis:) and some jean vests on top if your tank tops so you don't get dress coded ;) or maybe jeans that are rolled up with flip flops or sandals for a beachy feel.

I like stopping by Kohl's sometimes because they have pants that look like colored denim but are SO much comfier. Such as black pants. You could pair them with a cute camo jacket. They also have khaki colored pants. You could pair them with a black cardigan with a cute lace tank underneath.

I am all about the basics! Personally I would stock up on solid colored shirts with little details so you can mix and match with skirts and colored denim. I have also seen a lot of cute lacy tunics lately that would be long enough to cover your junk to wear leggings. ;)

Kohl's is the best! Like Victoria said there are some jeans there that don't feel like jeans but look like jeans (without benign jeggings). They have cute tops as well.

Go for classy statement pieces and flowy and light maxi dress or skirts, jumpsuits, etc! :)
