Out of the 2 UD finishing powders, the loose one is just like any translucent powder because it's HD but it's tinted so there's no white cast. The pressed one is pigmented so it adds coverage. If you'd like more coverage do the pressed, otherwise do the loose ultra definition powder to keep the coverage lighter :)

It's hard to over do it because of the tint therefore it blends well into your skin. I'd use a light dusting of it first and you can add more where you feel you'd get more oily if that's the case.
