For my avatar I'm figuring out how long it will take me.
The body art will take me about a day. But I don't know about the hair.
How long will it take me to put my hair in box braids with extensions?

Hey Shannon! Because your braids are on the thicker side, and you're doing it yourself it could take more than 8+ hours.
This however also depends on the thickness of your own hair and how much of it you have. I say 8+ hours because I've got pretty thick hair and when I used to get them done thats how long it took my mother

Depends. I did my own and it always takes me atleast 12-15 hours. I wear mine really really long. My last ones I did took me two days.

Oh wow, haha that's a long time. I'll make sure to have 2-3 days in advance to do the box braids for the avatar. Then after I'm done with it start painting.
