Best full coverage concealer?

I have combination/oily skin, and I need a concealer for blemishes, scars, under eyes, etc. I hate it when it's so thick you can see it on your face, but I want it to be full coverage or build-able to full coverage. What consistency is best for this; cream or liquid? If you have any specific recommendations that'd be great. Thanks!
