I have very dry skin looking for a foundation with a very dewy Finnish.

My all time favourite is the Bourjois Healthy Mix serum foundation. Their Happy Light foundation is great as well, but I prefer the slightly less coverage of the serum. If you are from the US you can order them online, or alternatively, I agree with Jacqlyn on the Match Perfection. Rimmel's Wake Me Up foundation gets rave reviews, but I found out to be very glittery and fake looking. Instead of an overall glow it had a chunky shimmer effect.
