This is natural shape of my eyebrows all I do is pluck the stray hairs but I feel as tho they don't look good. I don't have them filled in.

I think she means the arch is very dramatic. But I think that it works, you should always try to contrast I think.
If you have a soft face, you should go for a more angular eyebrow, whereas if you face is more chiselled, softer rounder eyebrows are best.
