SPF and Photography?

Could someone clarify if SPF contributes to flashback in photographs?

I'm hearing loads of different things from different people (including a number of pro make up artists I follow on YouTube) and I'm confused.

Have any of you found this rings true or is it a myth? If I know photos are being taken I avoid SPF but I want to know if it's even worth thinking about it.

Thanks <3

No, SPF is not the reason you get white cast in flash photography. If you use the search bar on this app and search SPF photos it'll come up with tons of threads where the mods have very clearly explained it all :)

Jordan liberty also has a very informative video on it.

Thanks Alyx. I couldn't find anything when I searched in the search bar. I wasn't aware it had been asked before. Wonder why I can't find any...

Sometimes the search bar is iffy I've noticed. Here's screenshots of an awesome answer by Jacqueline :)

Haha that's fine :p I remember where and what you and a lot of the other very helpful people on here said most of the time. When it comes to something where I learn something new I like to remember my sources haha :)

Thank you for clearing that up. I haven't seen that video before and I love Jordan Liberty!

It's all been very informative.
