Nude lipstick for brown skin - NC45.

Can anyone suggest a really good nude lipstick for NC 45 skin with warm yellow undertones? I bought MAC Fanfare, which looked great in the store but not that great later. It's a bit whitish on me. I need something not too silvery and not too brown. Any suggestions?

I heard buxom makes lip "foundations" which are supposed to be a lipstick collection that has the perfect nudes for each skin tone. I wanna check em out myself but haven't got around to it. they're at sephora.

Kimberly, the buxom ones are beautiful and they are true nudes. But the thing about true nudes is, they don't look that great on brown girls, in my opinion. They look a bit like the 70s concealer on the lips kind of ghostly look. A little pink undertone really helps brighten out faces and give coverage to pigmented lips.
