Those lines arnt aging wrinkles. I also have many wrinkles under and around my eyes and those are normal lines that appear when you laugh or squint. Garnier has a good roller eye product for younger women. And always moisturize! :)

I agree with renay, I inherited my wrinkles and bags from my dad. I also Smile like CRAZY which provokes even more.
