You can never "remove" acne forever. If you have severe acne try acutane, but it requires birth control pills. Or try Xout or Proactive.

Clarisonic!! It tremendously helped my skin! Expensive but worth it if used consistanlty (I only use at night w/ my philosophy clear days cleanser, which is amazing) lol and used with the right brush for your skin type. I hated any other treatments and birth control helped a little bit. No matter what though, have a good skin care routine. I never ever ever and I mean ever (trust me, I even did this right after surgery and I couldn't even stand lol) not remove my makeup at the end of the day. This is my routine
P.M-
1- remove makeup
2- sometimes use a gentle cleanser to make sure all of makeup is gone.
3- use my philosophy face was w/ clarisonic
4- moisturize and apply spot treatment if needed
A.M
1- wash face with gentle cleanser
2- moisturize
I am loving the Philosophy for my skin! And believe I have tried so many acne clearing cleansers and even gone to a dermatologist but this stuff has helped a lot and of course the Clarisonic.

One more thing, on the removing makeup part and where I said even after surgery, I meant washing my face too even though I didn't have makeup on.
