Put a bit of clear gloss in the centre of your bottom lip.
Make sure you exfoliate and use lip balm.

One trick is using a slightly darker (KEY WORD: slightly) lip liner on the outside of your lips. I can't vouch for lip plumpers, but they're worth trying if you're desperate. Other than that, just embrace your lips. Bigger isn't always better.

First I concealed all around my lips, I then outlined my lips with lipliner and slightly overdrew the middle on the top and bottom. I then highlighted my cupids bow and contoured under my lip. I applied lipstick in a shade slightly lighter than the lip liner and patted light shell coloured eyeshadow in the middle of my lip. I then applied a light layer of lip gloss to the middle of my lips.

I was going to say use a lip plumping lip gloss, I use these regularly and they make my medium sized lips even fuller!
I would definitely try what Caitriona did! Complete transformation!!

Lip scrub before you apply lipstick. then you use the darker part of the lipstick on the outside of your lip as you fill the center of your top and bottom lip with a light shade (:

If you just want to even out your lips then conceal all around, draw your bottom lip in normally, slightly underdraw if you want then over draw just the middle of your top lip and highlight the cupids bow but don't contour under your lip.
