Is there anything I can do about it by tomorrow? I have a hugeeee event to go to. I NEVER break out like this, so on Monday I freaked out and tried to pop them (I know I know) now they are really red and kinda scabbing and burn. I don't know what to do :(((people say put ice on it, but does REALLY work...? I've done it in the past and no help. :((((( it's so bad, ugh.

Don't mess with them. they just need time to heal now that you tried to pop them. just put neosporin on them & don't put makeup on them today.

Putting crushed aspirin on it might reduce inflammation.

Get a cup of warm water, put about a spoonful of salt in it and apply the salt water to the pimples with a q-tip and wait for them to dry then put ice on it for about 10 minutes and wash it off. It'll minimize pimple size & take away redness. It works for me!

If they are already popped & burn I would definitely not put salt on them.

I've heard visine eye drops can reduce redness, but since its an open wound I can't safely say you should try it. I would clean the area with antibacterial soap and apply neosporin

Yes, I usually put sudocream on it over night and in the morning it's way better.
