I wouldn't suggest using it as eyeshadow because it looks really creamy and it would probably crease really badly. But I don't know if you want to then try it.

I would use it as an eyeshadow but would apply transparent matte powdrr on top because it would be sticky

Most lip products tend to have ingredients which are not safe for the eye area.
I would layer it over another lip product for a shimmery effect :)

I would just dab a small amount using your finger into the centre of the lips just to brighten it up a little :)

Halloween or as a base for eyeshadow only if you're going to apply shadow on top and a crease less eyeshadow primer before applying the lipstick to the lid.
