Ipsy! I even had both but cancelled my birchbox. I picked ipsy over birchbox because I received more makeup products with ipsy.

From what I've seen Ipsy but check out some youtube on some people that do unboxing videos. Then you could make your choice

Ipsy. I've tried both and I prefer ipsy. In recent months birch box has decided to give mostly foil packs or sample that you can actually get for free. I'm highly disappointed in them and I unsubscribe a a few months ago. I still have my ipsy because they are amazing! They give ALL deluxe samples and sometimes even full products! The only time I've ever gotten a foil pack was an extra or I got 4 face masks one month and all 4 counted as 1 product. Ipsy also has great customer care. My eyeliner broke in my bag this month and they sent me a completely new bag not just a replacement product. I actually created a thread for the story which you can probably find on my profile. In the end birch box is really falling below expectations for me after being subscribed to ipsy. If you only have $10 go with ipsy and not birchBox. Also sign up ASAP because you could be on the wait list for a while. I was wait listed for 6 months and my best friend for 3.
