Hello lovelys!
I want my hair to grow as long as I possibly can and was wondering if anyone has tried Not Your Mothers Way to Grow shampoo and conditioners? Do they actually help your hair grow? Or do you know of any other ways to grow it kind of quickly?
Thank you 😘

Hair growth is based on genetics, the health of you & your hair. so the only way to promote growth is to keep yourself & your hair in good health.
Do not just go taking pills (including biotin). You can end up with side effects serious enough to put you in the hospital. always ask your doctor first.
Some tips to promote growth:
get trims regularly (split ends will go higher up the longer you wait & then you'll have to cut off more hair)
drink a lot of water
use as little heat as possible
always use a heat protectant, I recommend It's a 10
don't brush your hair while it's wet
do hot oil treatments (I use coconut oil)
use a deep conditioner (I use Aussie 3 minute miracle)
use hair masks (store bought or diy)
try a leave in conditioner
keep in mind that there are no miracle products or methods. good luck in growing your hair! :)

Oh I didn't think it would grow it like crazy but I figured if it could help that would be nice lol thank you so much it was very helpful! :) I've actually used biotin before I didn't know I was supposed to consult a doctor though but it did work out really good for me I didn't get sick and my hair actually grew a lot and got much softer, I used to dye my hair often and it got really damaged so in still trying to fix it.
