My mom orders things off there sometimes and everything has gone well! But I agree with Jacqlyn and Renay that you should definitely read reviews and feedback about the seller first :)

I love etsy , you should be careful and say that it comes to you like it said on the site/app. So look at reviews like others wear.

It depends on the seller!! I've bought 99% of my jewelry and piercing jewelry from the site. I love how original a lot of the items are, most are handmade so you don't really see a lot of people with the same stuff as you!
