Hmm makeup :) maybe bb cream for foundation and a bronzer under cheek bones? :) also use same color bronzer on eyes for eyeshadow since you have blue eyes?? :)

Elf has some bronzer for $3 that I LOVE. it actually has a highlight a blush and two colors of bronzer :) I suggest that! I bought mine at target :)

And black mascara! I have blue eyes and dark hair too this is my fave makeup.
And maybe curl your hair? Wands work best for me :)
