So, lately I have been noticing hairs creeping up in between my brows and on my upper lip. Like most girls, I think "ew!" and immediately grab for the tweasers, and start having the urge to call in and schedule a waxing. I know bleach is a very popular alternative, but I much rather prefer just getting rid of the hair. It bothers me though, that I would have take time and money out of my busy day, when I know I can whip something up at home and do it myself without pain. Basically I'm just asking around if there are any home remedies to facial hair removal. Thank you, thank you! 😘

Nothing at home that I know of, but you could get diathermy done which is a needle that destroys the hair follicle so the hair can't grow back, thats the only for sure way I know of, then lazer every 4 weeks until the growth slows down, or like me you could invest in your own wax pot and do it at home, goodluck :)

You can wax by yourself using veet or Nair wax or try sugaring, which is a wax like paste made from sugar that you can use to remove hair too. you can also thread by yourself, there's probably lots of DIY facial threading tutorials on YouTube...

Veet and Nair wax is available already on strips or in a box, from which you take wax on a popsicle stick or small spatula and apply to your face then put a cotton or denim scrap cloth on it then pull off like they do in salons. lots of brands make wax like that, check your local beauty supply store or drugstores or even Walmart and target etc.

There is an artical in the editorials about a tool that is like a spring and you shut the spring on your hair and rip them out.. ouch.

I would try threading. I never wax my brows or lip anymore (it makes my skin sensitive). I absolutely love it and it doesn't hurt anymore than waxing. I go to a salon to get it done, but my sister used to do it for me at home. There are how-to Youtube videos on threading.

...all you need is a piece of thread.
